Evidence of unauthorized or other improper use collected during monitoring by Symantec may be used in connection with administrative, criminal or other legal action, as permitted by applicable law. All information, including personal, placed on or sent over this Platform may be monitored, transferred, and otherwise used by Symantec as permitted by applicable law.
Unauthorized use or use outside the permissions granted to You may be a violation of applicable law or Symantec Policies and may subject you to disciplinary action or criminal prosecution. By continuing to use this Platform, you consent to the above, including, system monitoring.
